Silver Ribbon (Singapore) had discussions with representatives of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) & Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) on our concerns about the mental health query from job application form.

And, we would like to thank TAFEP for updating its guidelines on 20 Jan 2020 and advised employers that they should not ask job applicants to declare personal information such as their mental health condition such as their mental health condition unless there is a job-related requirement.
